Season: May 1st - November 1st.

Off-Season: Cottage closed, in-house guests only.

Cancellations: To avoid a fee, cancellations should be made 21 days prior to your stay.

Minimum stays: A two night minimum for in-season weekends and holidays.

Check-in/out: Check-in from 4pm -7:30pm, Check-out is 11am

Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted. Rentals can also be booked though VRBO.

Internet Access: We offer free WiFi to all our guests.

Air Conditioning: We offer in-window air conditioning in all our rooms.

Smoking: No smoking in the Cottage/House or on the grounds.

Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
